1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or using the Cooked Mains website (cookedmains.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of our platform immediately.

2. Educational Purpose & Evaluation Marks Disclaimer

Cooked Mains provides automated scoring, line-by-line margin comments, and model answers generated through artificial intelligence models calibrated against historical UPSC rubrics and topper answers. These scores and evaluations are strictly diagnostic estimations for self-study and practice:

• Marks and percentiles awarded by Cooked Mains do not guarantee or predict actual marks in the official UPSC Civil Services Examination.
• Final assessment standards in the actual CSE Mains depend upon official UPSC board evaluators, annual moderation, and paper-specific bell curves.
• The service is designed as an iterative feedback loop to help aspirants detect structural deficiencies, missing dimensions, and time-management flaws.

3. Free Daily Quota & Fair Use Policy

To keep Cooked Mains accessible and free for all aspirants across India:

• Every registered student is allocated 15 free answer copy evaluations per day.
• Daily quotas reset automatically every night at 00:00 (Midnight) Indian Standard Time (IST). Unused evaluations do not roll over to subsequent days.
• Users must not create automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or multiple disposable email accounts to bypass daily quota limits or overwhelm server infrastructure.
• Violation of fair use may lead to temporary or permanent IP / account restrictions.

4. User Submissions & Academic Integrity

When submitting handwritten copies, photos, or text:

• You retain intellectual ownership of your original handwritten work.
• You grant Cooked Mains a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your answer copy within your account for the purpose of delivering evaluation services.
• You must not upload defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or unlawful material. Such submissions will be deleted and reported if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cooked Mains and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, examination outcomes, or server downtime.

6. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
